Keurig K-cup Coffee Recipes- Tiramisu Coffee

Posted on Mon, Dec 17, 2012

If you have been around awhile you have come to know (and hopefully love) our Monday K-Tiramisu Coffeecup coffee recipes.  I love fun, easy to make coffee drinks. They are a simple indulgence that can usually be made with ingredients already in your kitchen.  There will be no running to the local coffee shop around here, no sir,  we have Keurig’s in our kitchen that make these recipes easy peasy.

Up this week..Tiramisu coffee.

You can now enjoy the delicious tastes of the classic Italian dessert in the form of a dessert coffee made in your own kitchen with you Keurig coffee brewer… you’re welcome! The recipe is a piece of cake (no pun intended) to make and costs far less than what you would spend in a restaurant or coffee shop!

You will need:

-1 Extra Bold Dark Roast Keurig Kcup coffee.

-1 shot Baileys (or any Irish Cream liqueur)

-1 shot Frangelico (or any nutty tasting liqueur)

-hot water

-Whipped cream and cocoa to top

This weeks recipe is a 2 for 1 deal- the base of our Tiramisu coffee recipe is an Americano. The Americano is a VERY popular coffee house drink made with 2 shots of espresso and about 12 ounces of hot water. Can you believe that is all it is?!

Start by filling you glass about a third of the way with hot water.  Add both shots of liqeuor.

Next add a Extra Bold Dark Roast Keurig Kcup coffee made on the lowest water setting of your brewer. My go to Kcup for these sorts of coffee recipes is alwaysGreen Mountain Dark Magic.

Now you are ready to top with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

This is a perfect coffee to enjoy after a dinner party,  your guests will so impressed with this unique dessert coffee.  We wont tell them how simple it is to make,  that will be our little secret ; )
