Posted on Mon, Sep 02, 2013

If you have been around awhile you have come to know (and hopefully love) our Monday K-cup coffee recipes.  I love fun, easy to make coffee drinks. They are a simple indulgence that can usually be made with ingredients already in your kitchen. There will be no running to the local coffee shop around here, no sir, we have Keurig’s in our kitchen that make these recipes easy peasy.

Up this week…Camomile Lavender Mint Tea.

This recipe combines the relaxing properties of both camomile and lavender leaving you in a state of pure bliss. Cuddle up under your favorite cozy blanket with a great book, sip this tea and let your troubles melt away!

You will need:

1 camomile Keurig Kcup tea

1 pinch of lavender

1 sprig of fresh mint

-Place 1 fresh sprig of mint and a pinch of lavender in a plastic measuring cup or anything with a pouring spout.

-Brew your camomile Keurig Kcup tea directly over the lavender and mint.

-Cover and let steep for 4-5 minutes.

-Using a screen strainer pour the tea into your favorite mug removing the lavender and mint.

There is nothing that says relaxation more than a cup of camomile tea oh wait yes there is...a cup of camomile lavender mint tea!
