Chocolate Covered Cherry Mocha

Love is in the air- Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays because of its utter simplicity and thoughtful theme. I enjoy perusing the internet to find creative and fun ways to show my family that I love them.  From clever little cards to cute crafts and recipes...I adore them all. This fondness of everything Valentines led me to create this weeks Keurig K-cup coffee recipe- Chocolate Covered Cherry Mocha.  I can't wait to serve this to my loved ones for a special Valentines morning treat!

Let's get to the recipe...

You will need:

1 Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha Keurig K-cup

maraschino cherries and juice

Hersheys Special Dark Chcolate syrup

Cool Whip

-Start by adding about 4 tablespoons of cherry juice to your favorite mug.

-Next brew the Cafe Mocha K-cup on the highest waster setting of your Keurig brewer directly over the cherry juice using the highest water setting of your Keurig brewer. This is my personal preference with the Cafe Escapes line of K-cups, if you prefer a different setting...have at it.

-Top with Cool Whip.

-Drizzle cherry juice and the chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream.

-Now for the piece de resistance- top with one beautiful red cherry!

As always sip and enjoy!

P.S. A Chocolate Covered Cherry Cafe Mocha does a wonderful job of satisfying a sweet tooth with a minimal amount of calories (about 125)!
