Pumpkin Spice Latte [Made With a Keurig® Brewer!]

Pumpkin Spice Latte made with Keurig Kcup coffee
Fall is synonymous with warm, cozy tastes and smells. Apple, cinnamon and of course pumpkin! Pumpkin pie, cookies, muffins and my absolute favorite...Pumpkin Latte.  But, not just any old Pumpkin Latte my friends, this is the ultimate because not only is it made with fresh pumpkin puree, we double your pleasure with Pumpkin Spice K-Cup® coffee!

For your added convenience, this little number can be made one cup at a time with your Keurig® brewer! Forget about everyone else, let them get their own...you deserve a little me time with your new best friend!

Let's get to the recipe...

You will need:  

1 Pumpkin Spice K-cup® pod
1 C milk
1 T pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of cloves
1 T vanilla
whipped cream

  • Start by brewing your pumpkin coffee pod on the lowest water setting of your Keurig® brewer.
  • Add all ingredients (except the whipped cream) to a medium sauce pan and heat over the stove top while stirring. I like to heat mine until I see just a slight boil.  
  • Pour into your favorite mug.
  • Top with whipped cream, sip and enjoy.

I love this recipe because first of all it comes together so easily and second it is made with ingredients found in most kitchens.  You can keep pumpkin puree in the fridge for about a week so, you can enjoy an Ultimate Pumpkin Spice Latte everyday then end the week with your favorite pumpkin baked good to use up the rest of your puree!
