Creamy Vanilla Biscotti coffee

I am still in awe of how much I have fallen in love with the Folgers line of K-cup coffee.  I truly did not expect to like them so much but, they have surpassed all of my expectations and have become one of my go to K-cups for my every morning cup.  I have been enjoying the Classic Roast and Black Silk but, wanted to expand my horizons and use the flavored Folgers K-cups in a recipe.  

Vanilla Biscotti K-cup coffee by Folgers offers a delicious blend of vanilla and a buttery taste all wrapped in smooth Folgers beans.  I decided to play off of the existing flavors and simply take them up a notch with a super easy recipe that can be made in under one minute in your own kitchen! 

Let's get to the recipe...

You will need:

1 Vanilla Biscotti Folgers K-cup coffee

1 scoop of high quality vanilla bean ice cream

- Start by brewing the Vanilla Biscotti K-cup on the lowest water setting of your Keurig brewer. 

- Add a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream (I recommend Jeni's ice cream, I am pretty sure it is sent from heaven!). 

- Serve immediately before the ice cream melts completely. 

- Sip and enjoy (or use a spoon)!

Pretty simple, huh?  But, don't be fooled- even though this recipe only calls for two ingredients and takes almost no time to prepare, it packs a powerful punch!
