Boozy Butterscotch Caramel Coffee made with Kcups
Anything with the description butterscotch caramel is all right by me. Boozy too? I'm in.

Boozy Butterscotch Caramel Coffee is decadent and will please any sweet tooth. There are no subtle hints of flavor here. This baby is brimming with a buttery taste amplified by gourmet Starbucks Caramel coffee.
The ingredients are simple, and most may already be in your kitchen. You will need the following items: caramel sauce, Starbucks Caramel coffee, Buttershots butterscotch schnapps, whipped cream, half & half, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
First, brew the caramel coffee as directed on the package. This recipes shows Starbucks Caramel bagged coffee but, keep in mind that flavor is also available for Keurig® brewers
Add your desired amount of cream.
Add a heaping spoonful of caramel.
Next comes the boozy part. Add one shot of Buttershots butterscotch schnapps (about an ounce and a half).
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Top with whipped cream, another dash of spices, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. The measurements listed below will yield: 1 (10-12 oz) mug. Having company? Double it!


  • 1 cup brewed caramel flavored coffee (I used Starbucks good and it comes in Keurig® K-Cup® pods!)
  • 1 teaspoon caramel topping 
  • 3 Tablespoons Buttershots butterscotch schnapps 
  • 3 Tablespoons half and half cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg 
  • Whipped cream, to garnish
  • Caramel topping, to garnish
  • Ground cinnamon, to garnish 


  1. Brew the caramel flavored coffee and pour into your favorite 10-12 oz mug.
  2. Add the butterscotch schnapps, caramel topping, and cream. Stir to mix.
  3. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir again. 
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. ENJOY!! This butterscotch caramel coffee smells and tastes wonderful!
