Cold brew coffee has changed its shape and variants over the years but is still one of the bestselling coffees in restaurants. Whether you are working from home or from your office space, cold brew coffee with almond milk will keep you energized and cool throughout the day. If you are a vegan or likes to eat dairy-free foods, the almond milk will be one of the best ways to start your day.

There are many cold brew recipes to help you out if you want to mix cold brew coffee latte with almond milk and try this amazing combination for perfect refreshment.

Cold Brew Almond Milk Latte

An ice-cold cup of coffee can be satisfying on hot summer evenings. Add a little sweetener and almond milk, and you can start your evening with a smooth drink.

Ingredients:

  • One cup of whole good quality coffee beans for cold brew.
  • Two cups of filter water at normal temperature
  • One cup of almond milk, you can use store-bought or a homemade one.
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener

Process:

Please start with the mixing of ground coffee and water after placing them in an airtight container. Once you mix them properly, leave them in your refrigerator overnight. Usually, it takes about twelve hours or more to imbibe the notes and flavor. You can strain the coffee with the mesh into your ice-filled glasses.

Quick Tip: You can also try freezing the cold brew coffee into your ice cube tray. The cold brew coffee ice cube will add additional flavor to your latte, and you can skip watering down your latte, too, as no water ice cubes will be added.

Finish your Cold Brew Almond Milk Latte with the almond milk, and can add sweetener if you like. Stir your coffee and take a sip!

Cold Brew Tea Latte with the Almond Milk:

Cold-brew tea latte is a smooth and a knockout drink on a hot and humid day. It is easy to prepare at home and can be made with the ingredients readily available in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • One cup of whole dark roast coffee.
  • Two tablespoons of loose tea or two tea bags
  • Two to three cups of filtered water
  • Sweetener
  • One cup of almond milk
  • Frozen coffee or ice cubes

Process:

Start your recipe by grinding coffee beans and tea in a container and add filter water. Now cover your container and allow the mixture to steep for more than 12 hours in your refrigerator.

Directly pour the brew in your ice-filled glasses and top up with sweetener and almond milk. Stir your coffee and serve immediately. If you like flavored tea, you can use the spicy and fruit-based tea flavor to spice up your coffee.

If you are a cold brew coffee lover and like to have it regularly, you can prepare the concentrate and keep it in your fridge for regular use. The concentrate can last up to 7 to 10 days.

How can you prepare cold brew concentrate at home?

To start with, you need a few ingredients to prepare cold brew coffee concentrate. These ingredients are inexpensive and can be easily bought from any retail store. Below is the list of items you require:

  • A pitcher or glass jar with a screw-up lid
  • Funnel with attached strainer
  • Ice cube tray
  • Glass Carafes
  • Few cheesecloths

Take some grounded coffee; if you are grinding at home, make sure you grind it coarsely. Because if you do it finely, it will be difficult for you to strain. Add water to the ground coffee and stir it with the help of a big spoon.

Screw up the container's lid, or if you are using a container that doesn't have a cap, cover it with the help of a towel. Allow it to sit on your kitchen counter for at least 12 hours. And if you want a stronger flavor, then you can keep it for a longer time.

Once the coffee is brewed perfectly, you can strain it. For the same, you require another container; a glass carafe works perfectly at this stage. Place a funnel with a filter on the carafe top and cut out a cheesecloth square and place it over the funnel. The cheesecloth will make the cleanup easier and help you lift the unwanted ingredients out of the funnel.

Now start pouring your coffee; this stage can take a bit of time as you do not want to overflow the funnel. It will be best to perform this step in your kitchen sink to avoid any spills.

Once your glass carafe is full, place the coffee concentrate in the fridge and allow it to chill.

This coffee is perfect for the summer months. You need to pour it down in your coffee cup, add almond milk and little sugar, and you are good to GO!
