How to Make Peach Lemonade for One

Posted on Tue, May 19, 2015

There are a few flavors that pair so well with lemonade that it seems as if they were meant to be...among my favorites peach ranks pretty darn near the top. The flavor of peach brings out all the best qualities of summers favorite refresher.  Not only that but, the subtle sweetness of the peach tempers the sour characteristics of lemonade. Resulting in one amazing glass of fruit flavored bliss.

But, sometimes making a whole pitcher is just too much of a hassle and perhaps you want a little me time. That my friends is exactly when you need to turn to our peach lemonade for one...

You will need:
-Start by filling a large plastic cup with ice (I am a huge fan of Tervis). Fill it to the rim to assure a nice cold result.

-Next brew your Lemonade Kcup directly into the cup containing the ice. Use the lowest water setting of your classic Keurig brewer or if you are using a Keurig 2.0 use the 8 oz/other option.

-Remove the pits from your peaches.

-Juice or blend then strain the peaches

-Add the peach juice to the lemonade.

-Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon (or both).

Viola, you now have a refreshing and delicious peach lemonade just for you!
