Cafe Bustelo K-Cups® are brought to us by the infamous roasting experts who proudly brought the name to America. This company is chock full of history and culture, traits that certainly stand out in their unique brew. Cafe Bustelo K-Cups® were far from a twinkle in the founder's eye when he inadvertently changed the face of not only our coffee culture but, Puerto Rico's as well. It all started when the Spanish-born Gregario Bustelo took a trip to Cuba. He found himself so entranced by the Cuban coffee scene that he simply had to be part of it. Soon he moved to the island and began working for a small roaster, gaining priceless knowledge. He eventually moved to Puerto Rico where he began to spread the joy of Cuban coffee along with the strong social bond that came with it. You see, in Cuba coffee is about far more than caffeine, it is a catalyst for family and friends to engage in conversation. it is a welcomed break from the busy day. It is a simple pleasure enjoyed with loved ones.

Fall is upon us, the crisp air, the stunning landscape and cozy nights by the fire. Fall brings a parade of sensory pleasures including traditional food and drink. Every now and then I simply need a good cappuccino. Nothing makes me feel more sophisticated or my coffee cravings more satisfied. Cappuccino's offer a lovely blend of frothed milk generally combined with traditional espresso. I prefer mine in a large ceramic mug, made by a professional barista, sitting on a cobblestone street. Since that occurs basically never, I settle for the second best thing...Keurig Coffeehouse Cappuccino made in the comfort of my own home.

Eight days ago my family and I decided to take a leisurely stroll through a lakeside town we frequent often and we nearly died from heat exhaustion. The humidity was so high that we felt as if we were wading through honey. Exactly seven days ago we made the same trek and were exhilarated by the slight crispness in the air. Fall had arrived in a mere 24 hours. Although it has not quite settled in for good, summer is still battling for its rightful place with a hot day here and there. But, we all know the outcome...soon the leaves will be turning brilliant reds, oranges and golds. The mornings will wake us with a pleasantly cool greeting. I get to wear my favorite tall boots and cozy sweaters and most of all enjoy the traditional comfort flavors of fall food and drinks. You know the ones...apple, caramel, pumpkin and spice. From muffins to cookies, cakes to donuts, our senses will be overloaded with the smells and tastes of autumn. Our Kcup coffee is by far not an exception.
